At CV Tech Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our repairs with a comprehensive 90-Day Warranty on Parts and Labor.

What's Covered:

• This warranty covers mechanical failures of the repaired components for a period of 90 days from the date your repaired device is delivered to you by our shipping provider.

Our Commitment to Repair or Replacement:

If your device experiences a covered mechanical failure within the warranty period, CV Tech Solutions will, at its discretion, either:

• Repair the defect using new or refurbished parts that meet the original performance and reliability standards.

• Replace your device with a functionally equivalent new or refurbished unit.

Extended Warranty During Repairs:

For any period your device is out of your possession due to repairs under warranty, your coverage will be extended by an additional day.

What's Not Covered:

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, loss, accidental damage (drops, spills, etc.), misuse, or abuse of your device.

• Coverage is void for any damage caused by improper handling, use outside the intended purpose, or unauthorized modifications.

**Unclaimed Devices:**

CV Tech Solutions will hold unclaimed devices for 90 days after a repair or evaluation is complete. We will make several attempts to contact you regarding payment and device return.

• If you have pre-paid for return shipping, your device will be shipped back upon request.

• Unclaimed devices with outstanding repair or evaluation fees will be responsibly recycled after 90 days.
