Unclaimed Devices:
At CV Tech Solutions, we store unclaimed devices for a period of 90 days. This policy aligns with industry standards for repair services. During this time, we will make several attempts to contact you regarding payment and device return.
Options for Unclaimed Devices:
Paid Return: If you have already paid for return shipping, your device will be shipped back to you upon your request.
Unpaid Devices: After 90 days, unclaimed devices with outstanding repair or evaluation fees will be recycled responsibly. Please note that recycled devices are no longer available for return shipment.
